The Polish-British pianist Gosia (Ma\u0142gorzata) Garstka specializes in the art of chamber music. After having received a Master\u2019s degree with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music, she was appointed the Hodgson Fellow there for two consecutive years. This Fellowship evolved into her role as a resident accompanist at the Academy, working closely with the Strings Department.<\/p>\n
Gosia has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at many prestigious UK venues including Wigmore Hall, Bridgewater Hall, St John\u2019s Smith Square, St Martin in the Fields. She has won top prizes at numerous solo and chamber music competitions, became a Yeoman of the Musicians\u2019 Company with the Argenta Trio, and was invited to be an official pianist at the Carl Nielsen International Competition (which was broadcast around the globe on medici.tv). She is also regularly invited to work as an accompanist at international summer courses, and has been part of AIMS since 2018.<\/p>\n
