box_shadow_blur_tablet=&#8221;40px&#8221; box_shadow_spread_tablet=&#8221;0px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The highlight of AIMS: The Festival Orchestra \u2014 three days of intensive work culminating in a concert on the final day.<\/li>\n<li>Sectional rehearsals for strings will take place during the String Academy, wind sectionals on August 12, and full orchestra (tutti) rehearsals on August 13 and 14.<\/li>\n<li>The concert will be held on the evening of August 14.<\/li>\n<li>We will be rehearsing and performing the <em>Symphony n\u00ba5<\/em><span class=\"HwtZe\" jsaction=\"mouseup:Sxi9L,BR6jm; mousedown:qjlr0e\" jsname=\"jqKxS\" lang=\"ca\"><span jsaction=\"agoMJf:PFBcW;MZfLnc:P7O7bd;nt4Alf:pvnm0e,pfE8Hb,PFBcW;B01qod:dJXsye;H1e5u:iXtTIf;lYIUJf:hij5Wb\" jsname=\"txFAF\" class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\" jscontroller=\"Gn4SMb\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\" jsaction=\"click:E6Tfl,GFf3ac,tMZCfe; This will be done by the faculty and the director of the Academy of Strings and Piano.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the Orchestra is mandatory for selected students.<\/li>\n<li>Price: included in the Academy of Strings and Piano.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Selection of wind musicians:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A selection will be made among the students of the Wind Academy. This will be done by the faculty and the director of the Wind Academy.<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the Orchestra is mandatory for selected students, except if there is a justified reason.<\/li>\n<li>The arrival will be before the start of the Wind Academy. He began his studies at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik und Tanz in Cologne, Germany, at the age of 16 with Professor Maria Kliegel, and later completed a master\u2019s programme in string quartet performance with Professor G\u00fcnter Pichler of the Alban Berg Quartet at the Escuela Superior de M\u00fasica Reina Sof\u00eda in Madrid. He holds a degree in orchestral conducting from the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and has studied music composition and arrangement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Besides his conducting engagements, Josep has written works for ensembles such as the 12 Cellists of the Berlin Philharmonic, and several of his piano arrangements \u2013 performed and recorded by himself \u2013 have received wide attention online and in the media, leading to releases through Sony Music Entertainment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has appeared at festivals including the Verbier Festival and has worked with mentors such as Andr\u00e1s Schiff, Lynn Harrell and G\u00e1bor Tak\u00e1cs-Nagy.
