Naci\u00f3 en Busan, Corea del Sur, donde tambi\u00e9n estudi\u00f3 piano. Despu\u00e9s de completar sus estudios, continu\u00f3 estudiando en la Universidad de Artes Folkwang de Essen\/Alemania y en la Universidad de M\u00fasica y Danza de Colonia\/Alemania, donde recibi\u00f3 su diploma y su examen de concierto. Adem\u00e1s de su carrera como pianista solista, Jin-Young Lee se centra en la m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara, la m\u00fasica contempor\u00e1nea y acompa\u00f1a a cantantes de lieder en el piano. Trabaja regularmente como pianista acompa\u00f1ante con cantantes, instrumentistas y directores de renombre en festivales de m\u00fasica, clases magistrales y concursos internacionales. Como solista e int\u00e9rprete de c\u00e1mara, ha realizado numerosas giras de conciertos por Europa y Corea.
