Ulrich Hermann es Profesor de Fagot en la HfMT K\u00f6ln, una de las principales escuelas de artes esc\u00e9nicas del mundo y una de las mayores instituciones musicales de educaci\u00f3n superior en Europa.<\/p>\n
Hasta 2022 fue el fagot principal de la Orquesta Estatal de Stuttgart. Durante su etapa escolar, cant\u00f3 en varios coros y recibi\u00f3 clases de piano desde los siete a\u00f1os, pasando al fagot a los 18. En 1990 se matricul\u00f3 en la Universidad de M\u00fasica de su ciudad natal, Stuttgart, donde se gradu\u00f3 con honores en 1994. A continuaci\u00f3n, gan\u00f3 premios en varios concursos, realiz\u00f3 actuaciones en solitario y toc\u00f3 en varios renombrados conjuntos de c\u00e1mara. Ha actuado por toda Europa, Estados Unidos y Asia, y ha realizado varias grabaciones para CD y emisiones radiales. Tambi\u00e9n es invitado habitual de orquestas de \u00f3pera, sinf\u00f3nicas y de c\u00e1mara de renombre internacional. Como docente de fama mundial, fund\u00f3 una clase de fagot cuyos miembros ganan regularmente premios en concursos nacionales e internacionales. Imparte clases magistrales de fagot y m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara para vientos y es miembro del jurado en concursos en Europa y Jap\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de ense\u00f1ar fagot en la Universidad de M\u00fasica de W\u00fcrzburg (2001\u201309), fue nombrado profesor de m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara para vientos en la Universidad de M\u00fasica y Artes Esc\u00e9nicas de Stuttgart (2009) y m\u00e1s tarde fue designado profesor de fagot en la Universidad de M\u00fasica de Maguncia (2017). Muchos de sus estudiantes son actualmente miembros de orquestas de primer nivel y ocupan c\u00e1tedras en universidades.<\/p>\n
