Corinne Contardo naci\u00f3 en Lyon el 1966.<\/p>\n
Proveniente de la primera generaci\u00f3n de violas en Francia, se distingui\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente por sus habilidades tocando sus primeros conciertos como solista a la edad de 13 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n
Durante sus estudios en los Conservatorios Superiores de Lyon y de Par\u00eds, se incorpor\u00f3 primero con la Orchestre de la Opera de Lyon bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Gardiner, y m\u00e1s tarde, al final de sus estudios, a la edad de 19 a\u00f1os, con la Orchestre de Chambre d’Europe con la que toc\u00f3 durante muchos a\u00f1os antes de convertirse en viola solista de la Orchestre National de Lyon. Tambi\u00e9n estudi\u00f3 con Yuri Bachmet y Karen Tuttle.<\/p>\n
Su carrera la lleva a trabajar con grandes artistas, como Sandor Vegh, Sir Georg Solti, Sacha Schneider, Lorin Maazel, Nokolaus Harnoncourt, Rostropovich y Claudio Abbado, con quienes tocar\u00e1 durante m\u00e1s de treinta a\u00f1os. Al mismo tiempo, Corinne Contardo participa en numerosos festivales de m\u00fasica de c\u00e1mara, con m\u00fasicos como Gidon Kremer, Rapha\u00ebl Oleg, Alexander Rabinowitz, Leonidas Kavakos y muchos otros, mientras que act\u00faa como solista en las principales obras del repertorio.<\/p>\n
Apasionada por la pedagog\u00eda, a partir de los veintitr\u00e9s a\u00f1os es asistente en el Conservatorio Superior de Lyon, y posteriormente profesora en la Musikhochschule de Detmold y en la Haute \u00c9cole de Musique de Sion, colaborando con Diemut Poppen y llevando a cabo numerosas clases magistrales en Finlandia, Suiza, Alemania, Austria y Francia.<\/p>\n
Con su enfoque espec\u00edfico de la pedagog\u00eda, tanto en la comprensi\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica como f\u00edsica de la pr\u00e1ctica instrumental, ha triunfado al preparar a sus alumnos convirti\u00e9ndose en profesores, solistas, m\u00fasicos de orquesta o m\u00fasicos de c\u00e1mara de las mejores casas.<\/p>\n
