Highly engaged with musical creation nowadays, Cecilia’s concert programs offer a widely creative approach and often include her own transcriptions, commissions and premieres.
A student of Victor Bercovich, Cecilia graduated with Highest Distinction Mark in Musikene on violin and viola, and has been a student of Isaac Stern and Itzhak Perlman. Strongly involved in several youth orchestra projects, she holds a teaching position at the Higher School of Music of Aragon, and at the Katarina Gurska Higher School of Music in Madrid. An active member of both the Meitar (Tel Aviv) and Variances (Paris) ensembles, Cecilia is also an Associate Artist of Quantum (Tenerife). Her recordings of chamber music and solo concerti for violin and viola are available at the Deutsche Grammophon, Naxos and Ibs labels.
