Dear students, friends of AIMS, and general public,

I feel very honored and I am grateful to the AIMS Foundation for trusting me once again as the artistic co-director of the Wind Academy. A role that I accepted two years ago, with the hope of making each person who joins us -students, professionals, the public-  enjoy an inspiring musical and human experience. I know that I will not be working alone: we have an experienced organizing team that facilitates the day-to-day activities of both students and an exceptional faculty of guest artists that have been linked to AIMS during these 22 years of history, and we have an involved public that supports our musicians during all the scheduled activities, not only in Solsona but throughout its beautiful region and surroundings.

For musicians, summer is the time of exchange and openness. AIMS invites you to study at the highest level possible and to experience what we love most in a relaxed and truly international environment. I encourage you to join us this year 2023 and we hope that the classes, rehearsals, concerts and shared moments will become an unforgettable time.

I wouldn’t want anyone to miss out on this opportunity: spots are limited and time flies. Sign up, send us a good recording… and ensure your place at AIMS now!

See you soon! See you in Solsona!

José Luis Estellés
Artistic Co-Director of the AIMS Wind Academy

AIMS is like a big music family. It is very intense, with lots of fun and chances to present yourself. Once you get there, you wanna come back every summer.

One of the most intense days, busy and super fun with the best group of boys and teachers. I cannot recommend it enough because it fascinated me.
